The Mayday Bar’s modern food-sharing concept makes it possible, offering ever-changing menus that blend exotic flavours with the joy of communal tasting. The tempting bar food is, of course, conceived and prepared by the Ikarus team, who draw on a treasure trove of experience from hosting more than 250 guest chefs from around the world. Who else would be better suited to bring delicacies from different countries and continents to the (bar) table in Salzburg?

Look up, and the sky seems just a stretch away. Look down, and the aircraft, race cars and artworks of Red Bull Hangar-7 unfold beneath your feet. Originally designed as a structural ring to stabilise the steel shell, it didn’t take long to realise that this exposed location was destined to become one of Red Bull Hangar-7’s most striking highlights.
