From the much-loved breakfast at Carpe Diem Lounge – Café, to summer barbecue magic in the Outdoor Lounge, to top-tier mixology at the Mayday Bar – and, of course, the world-unique guest chef concept at Restaurant Ikarus, where the finest chefs from around the globe land in Salzburg every month.
